Being "legal" as fireworks means that you are abiding by the rules of over two dozen Federal, State, and local agencies.

Many of our members joined because they found it impossible to enjoy fireworks themselves without breaking laws.

The Crackerjacks is a legal non-profit organization.  We are licensed by the BATF to store and manufacture fireworks including high-explosives.  We meet all DOT regulations.

In addition, we have a close working relationship with the county Board of Supervisors, the local police department, and the local fire department.

We train Fire Marshals from Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio, New York, and New Jersey.

It is our philosophy to have an almost open door to the law and code enforcement community so that we can maintain a confidently legal status.

We encourage our members to personally follow the law especially concerning sales, storage, or transportation of fireworks.
